(2) Professional and technical staff engaged in theoretical and applied research at leading research institutions Published over fifty scientific and technical papers; drafted and revised three national and industry standards for meat products, Eight technical specifications for the Winter Olympics, contributed to five monographs,and was granted two patents;
(3) The frontline R&D team consists entirely of staff holding a Master’s degree or higher, all of whom have been awarded technical professional titles at intermediate level or above, with one-third holding senior level or higher technical professional titles.
