Usage Guidelines

1. Standard preparation:
   • Dissolve in ~10x warm water with high-speed stirring
   • Heat mixed solution before adding to juice/pulp
2. Direct incorporation:
   • Add directly to high-shear emulsification tanks
3. For soaking applications:
   • Dissolve in 100-200 parts water for fruit/vegetable soaking

General dosage range: 0.03-0.1% (adjust based on application)
