Tenao-R1 (TO003-MM) is a premium compound phosphate blend containing Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, and Guar Gum. This white/off-white powder is specially formulated to enhance texture and processing performance in starch-based products, delivering superior water retention and heat stability while preventing starch retrogradation.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Standard preparation:
    • Dissolve in 30x warm water with rapid stirring
    • Allow to swell for 2-5 hours
    • Add to rice slurry/batter with high-speed mixing
  2. Direct incorporation:
    • Mix evenly with flour/starch before use

Recommended dosage range: 0.4%-0.8% (adjust based on product type)
