Floaten-7 (TJ007-YL) is a premium emulsifier/stabilizer blend containing Sodium Caseinate, Carrageenan, and Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids. This white/off-white powder delivers exceptional stability for protein beverages, preventing phase separation while enhancing mouthfeel with rich, creamy texture.

Processing Tip: For optimal results, combine with compound phosphates and sodium bicarbonate, and always homogenize final blends.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Standard preparation:
    • Dry-mix with ~5x sugar powder
    • Slowly add to >30x warm water with high-speed stirring
    • Ensure complete dissolution before adding to mixing tank
  2. Direct incorporation:
    • Add directly to high-shear emulsification tanks
    • Maintain 50-60°C shear temperature
  3. Add before fat/protein ingredients in formulation
  4. Apply high-pressure homogenization to final blends
