Usage Guidelines
- Standard preparation:
- Dry-mix with ~5x sugar powder
- Gradually add to >30x warm water with high-speed stirring
- Ensure complete dissolution before transferring to mixing tank
- Direct incorporation:
- Add directly to high-shear emulsification tanks
- Maintain shear temperature at 50-60°C
- Always add before fat/protein ingredients
- Apply high-pressure homogenization to final product
Recommended dosage range: 0.40%-0.65% (adjust within range based on application)
