Floaten-12H (TJ012-RP-H) is an advanced emulsifier/stabilizer blend containing Microcrystalline Cellulose, Carrageenan, and specialized emulsifiers. This white/off-white powder is specifically formulated for neutral dairy and plant-based beverages, delivering exceptional stability and premium mouthfeel while preventing common quality defects.

Plant beverages (soy/oat/almond milk) 0.45%-0.65%
Processing Tip: For optimal results, use with compound phosphates and sodium bicarbonate, and always apply high-pressure homogenization to final blends.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Standard preparation:
    • Dry-mix with ~5x sugar powder
    • Gradually add to >30x warm water with high-speed stirring
    • Ensure complete dissolution before transferring to mixing tank
  2. Direct incorporation:
    • Add directly to high-shear emulsification tanks
    • Maintain shear temperature at 50-60°C
  3. Always add before fat/protein ingredients
  4. Apply high-pressure homogenization to final product

Recommended dosage range: 0.40%-0.65% (adjust within range based on application)
