Floaten-3 (TJ003-YL) is an advanced stabilizer blend containing Gellan Gum, Xanthan Gum, and Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose. This white/off-white powder is specially formulated for cloudy and rice wine-flavored beverages, providing high viscosity and full-bodied texture while preserving authentic flavor profiles.

  • Fruit/floral teas
  • Products requiring particle suspension:
    • Fruit dices and chunks
    • Citrus sacs

    • Chia seeds

Enhances mouthfeel characteristics similar to natural juices.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Pre-mix method:
    • Blend with 5x (w/w) sugar powder until uniform
    • Gradually add to ≥50x warm water under high shear mixing
    • Process through colloid mill for complete dissolution
  2. Direct incorporation:
    • Add to high-shear emulsifying tanks
    • Maintain 50-60°C dispersion temperature
  3. Apply moderate heat treatment (avoid >80°C for >1 hour)
  4. Post-bottling: agitate containers to activate suspension

Recommended dosage: 0.05%-0.08%

Storage: 24 months at ambient temperature (cool, dry place)

Handling: Reseal after opening to prevent moisture absorption
