Introduction

BaoSU-C4 is a premium compound phosphate blend specifically formulated for poultry processing. This advanced food additive appears as colorless transparent or white glassy flakes/granules/powder with excellent solubility. As a versatile meat processing aid, it significantly enhances texture, water retention, and sliceability while reducing loose fragments in chopped/emulsified products.

Its unique formulation provides multiple benefits including antibacterial and antioxidant effects, along with effective metal ion chelation. Widely used in meat processing industry, BaoSU-C4 meets international food safety standards.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Dissolve in ~15 parts room-temperature water and stir until fully dissolved before use
  2. Directly add to high-shear equipment and blend until no insoluble residues remain
  3. Add prepared solution with ice flakes during chopping/mixing
  4. Can be pre-mixed with salt, sugar, and other additives before dissolution

Packaging & Storage

Package: 25 kg/bag

Storage: 12 months at ambient temperature (Store sealed in a cool, dry place). Use promptly after opening to avoid moisture absorption and caking.
