When THE received a new project from customers, we always not only send questionnaires and audit column to factories for filling, also make visit and inspect the following information of the manufacturer including:
Vendor’s actual background / location
Vendor’s actual capacity
Vendor’s actual raw-materials-warehouse
Vendor’s actual production line
Vendor’s actual packaging workshop
Vendor’s actual quality-control-center
to make sure that all information of the factory can completely conform to customer’s request and can be qualified by THE to be an eligible source.
All information shall be kept in THE record; after communication and confirmation in our THE teamwork, we can recommend the qualified vendor to our clients as per requests.
- PSS Management System ( Pre-shipment sample management system)
THE always send pre-shipment samples for customer’s approval. At the same time, we also keep a small sample in our own lab center, which will be as the same batch as that of pre-shipment samples with THE record batch, to make sure the correct batch for customers purchase job, for more convenient tracings.
After the PSS is confirmed, we THE shall send the same batch of qualified products to our clients to satisfy clients’ demand. At additional, all PSS information is kept in THE for at least one year,and together with detailed computer record which includes full specification parameter, specific demand and special tailor-made description ( if any ) of each batch for every client, since we THE have complete PSS record management for every client.
- Quality Control Service
(A) Quality-certificate-Priority system
When we THE start the sourcing system, the vendors which have quality certificates shall be the first priority to be selected and recommended to our clients.
Especially for the food and pharmaceutical chemicals, vendors which have ISO + GMP+HACCP+KOSHER+HALALcertificates shall be with the first priority to guarantee the quality stability for our clients.
(B) Lab center of vendor checking system
When we THE start the sourcing system, we have strict checking system and control system over the vendors’ own lab center, to improve it to be as per demand of our THE audit and can be a qualified inspection lab for supplying qualified products to our clients.
(C ) Third party on sample re-checking system
Our supplied sample and PSS sample shall be approved as per international standard firstly, besides the testing by t he vendor’s lab center and specification sheet available, we THE always make the sample to be re-checked by the authoritative third party to confirm the quality, including international testing institutions like SGS-CSTC, ITS, BSI,etc., to confirm again of the quality for our clients.
(D) Shipment quality control system
Before the ordering goods is shipped on board, we THE shall always make CIQ ( Chinese Inspection Quarantine) OR SGS, ITS, BSI, etc. to make quality & shipment inspection for our clients, so as to confirm good quality of each order and shipment situations.
(E) Annual In Spection On Vendor
Each year, we THE ourselves always make annual inspection and audit on the vendor and together with the product inspection by the authoritative third party, to issue certificate to our clients, which can make the quality of the goods manufacturered by the vendor to be under qualified & stable standard.
- THE Quality Tracing System:
THE is also responsible for the goods shipped to customers based on limit time for quality & services tracing, to conform a good reliability based on long-term jobs.
If any unqualified product is shipped to our clients and not conform to their final demand, we THE will start our returning system, to return the goods back to our side and shall be responsible for the quality and service available for our clients.
